Why are we doing this?

  • Economic Support: Over a third of small U.S. restaurants are immigrant-owned. Eating there means our money goes straight to supporting local business owners, creating neighborhood jobs, and keeping dollars right in our community.

  • Making activism tangible: We are pushing back against far-right extremism and xenophobia. By eating at these great restaurants, we aren’t just protesting in theory—we’re directly investing in the folks we're fighting for.

  • Cultural Connections: When you share a meal cooked by someone from a different culture, you're not just eating—you're making a real connection with them.

  • Empathy: Sharing a meal prepared by people from a different background helps build understanding, breaks down social barriers, and honors the diverse history of local neighborhoods.

  • Enjoying great food and good company!

Please let us know that you are coming by October 12 so we can give them the total number for our reservation.
