This Empower Hour will provide a clear breakdown of how the Democratic Party operates, from the national level to state and local organizations.

We will explore the three levels of government and how power is distributed within the party, from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) setting national strategies to state and local parties influencing endorsements and candidate support.

This Empower Hour will also examine how policies are shaped, the role of big donors versus grassroots activism, and how everyday Democrats can influence the party’s direction. Whether you’re new to politics or looking to deepen your understanding, this session will provide valuable insight into the party’s structure and decision-making processes.
