Democracy is NOT a spectator sport!

IT'S TIME FOR MORE ACTION! We have a guest speaker to talk about Elections and how to "Get Out the Vote". We will have lots of postcards and will write some together for anyone who wants to do that. We will talk about the next NO KINGS Get Out the Vote event planned for Oct. 17th around the country (and here). I have signed up to work the polls BUT the deadline is looming to be able to do that. Check with your town hall or city hall and find out how and when to do that it may be next Wednesday 9/23!  Melissa is on the Rockland Town Democratic committee and will give us any updates, and she will explain the Red Wine and Blue program for getting out the vote as well.  We don't have a lot of time but WE NEED to TAKE ACTION! Don't miss this meeting and as always you are encouraged to bring as many people as you can!!!
