Democracy: Find Your Priorities, Find Your Voice

The current situation, both here in Iowa and in Washington DC, can feel overwhelming. Everything seems important. You might find yourself wondering what you should do first? How can I provide input to decision-makers? This month's event has two goals: to help us each identify our priorities so we can focus our advocacy and activism; and to provide an array of mechanisms for expressing that advocacy and activism. Please join us on Tuesday, February 4th at 7:00pm at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church at 209 Colorado Avenue in Ames. We would love to have as many as possible attend, to have an opportunity to meet each other and to connect with others who share the same priorities. We have 89 members and a great potential to make a difference!
