Nevada Declarations of Interdependence Relay Gathering :: Bonfire Las Vegas Summerlin

You, too, may have complicated feelings about celebrating our country's 250th anniversary this year. But history has shown us that our nation "has always been home to people who dream and create, share and care, organize and raise hell because we believe that we could build something special together in this place."

The Barnraisers Project chose our Bonfire group to represent Nevada for their Declarations of Interdependence Relay--50 gatherings in 50 states!

At our gathering, our group will share ideas and have an open conversation about our concerns and hopes for our community, state, and country. Together we will create a declaration of our commitment to each other locally and to a nation of communities like us.

We'll also choose an item to represent our group, place it in the Relay Box with fifty compartments, then send the whole package on to the next state for the next gathering!
