Day of Retreat

Need a break from the world?
Our next Bad Little Good Troublemakers meet-up will be a Day of Retreat: Monday, September 15th, 11 am – 3 pm, (so a little longer than usual.)

This is to be held at a rustic seaside family cottage in Addison. (Rustic = no indoor plumbing, no electric. There is a good outhouse and an indoor fireplace should we need warmth on that day.)

Sculpting the agenda for the day will be a group effort. All who rsvp are encouraged to think of ways to bring nurturing to the table. Possible ideas include but are not limited to: 

·         breathing/grounding techniques,

·         drumming, singing?

·         sharing something that inspires/encourages you

·         a tide ritual

·         something playful?

·         a potluck lunch

Space is limited, so if you plan to attend, be sure to sign up early. We will meet and carpool.
