The event will begin at the Oklahoma History Center and then we will move to the capitol to meet with legislators.
The Day of Action will provide you with an opportunity to engage with legislators and get the information, tools, and resources you need to advocate for the changes that you would like to see in your community.
Every voice has power. And that voice is stronger and louder when Oklahomans get together behind the issues that matter to them,” said OK Policy Interim Outreach Director Austin Webb. “At our Day of Action, you’ll learn how to speak up, connect with others, and get lawmakers to hear your concerns. We’ll help you build the skills and confidence to turn your passion into real change.”
We will receive tools and resources, as well as have an opportunity to meet with lawmakers. Lunch will be provided.
