UPDATE: I am canceling this event. I have nothing new to report on sex ed legislation. Please keep putting pressure on legislators. Even if the bill never makes it out of committee, our representatives should know that we care about this. Mt. Sex Ed is on the agenda in Mt. Pleasant Public Schools and in the Statehouse. We have a very limited amount of time to make sure we’re providing ALL learners with the kind of holistic, evidence-based education they need to maintain their own sexual wellbeing and forge healthy relationships with others.
The goal for this meeting is to discuss what’s at stake and put together an action plan. This is a private meeting. You will receive the location when you reegister to attend.
