Carolina Thread Trail for 9 Miles

This is the Twelve Mile Creek Trail portion of the larger Carolina Thread Trail. This pleasant out-and-back trail is well-groomed and maintained. Most of the trail runs along Twelve Mile Creek, but it also passes through many residential areas. We'll check out the swinging bridge that marks the North Carolina-South Carolina border.

We'll meet at Town Creek Park in Waxhaw, NC: 4240 Waxhaw Marvin Road, Waxhaw, NC 28173.

We'll walk the trail for a total of 9 miles.
