Bi -weekly Meeting in the Park August 31st-Update new location

Hi Everyone!
 
Here's the notice of our next bi-weekly meeting here at our community park.   The meeting is in the Volleyball park with a nice big parking lot. There is a GATE CODE of 140. Jot that down.
 
Please do not share this publicly outside of this group, this is a private community and they are allowing us to use the park. I must get permission each time we meet. :-) 
 
I hope you will be able to join us as often as you can. Everybody won't always be able to. In fact there will be times that we will opt to NOT hold a meeting so check the calendar or reach out before heading over EACH TIME. :-)   
 
I'll try to have an agenda for the meetings, but it's mostly just to gather in person and discuss what's going on, what's working, and what's not, and who needs help with what.
 
Note: note about having our in person meetings here in our community; there are no restrooms, we'll keep the meeting short, but take that into consideration as you prepare to come to our meetings. Depending on the size of our meetings you may want to bring a lawn chair.  Pay attention to the headcount of people signed up. I think our picnic tables will handle about 25 people. Please feel free to invite friends and family to join us.
