An evening of comradery.

Good morning,

I hope everyone is doing ok; I know I have had a very tough week, and I needed to check out of everything for a while.  However, as we know, our work is not done, and our participation in the fight for democracy is going to become imperative.

This Wednesday, November 13, Julie and I are participating in a national meeting with Red Wine and Blue and the local group facilitators.  Not only is this going to be a gathering to be with other like minded people, it is going to be a time to work on plans for paths forward for each of our local groups.  We are both excited to hear what the national facilitators have to say.

That said, our group must identify our best ways forward, and I know we have had a lot of ideas about how we can participate within the community and continue educating people about preserving democracy.  To facilitate our continued work, we are going to have a gathering on November 20 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at my home.  While we will discuss future plans, our focus for this gathering is comradery and support.

Please RSVP if you can come, so we know about how many will be coming.  And, as a heads up, my street, Rockbridge, has one-side only parking (north side).

We look forward to seeing you there.
