On Tuesday, September 29th at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT, join the ACLU for our September People Power Action Call: Get the Flock Out. Together, we'll show how ALPRs (automatic license plate readers) are being weaponized and abused by law enforcement, and how you can pressure your state and local city government to cancel their existing contracts and get cameras uninstalled.
During the call, you can expect to:
- Hear from the ACLU's privacy and surveillance expert Chad Marlow
- Learn lessons from NYCLU's Daniel Schwarz who will share how local communities have organized to win privacy protections for all
- Understand how to to get your elected leaders to cancel their contracts with ALPR companies
